> Work with US
Small team. High standard.
We are assembling the team we always wanted to work in.
Most companies hire to fill a gap; we hire to raise a ceiling, which means we would rather be short-handed for a couple months than average forever.
Everyone here has done the work, not managed someone else doing it. You will not be handed a narrow slice of a problem and told to stay in your lane.
You will be handed the problem.
If you have ever been the person fixing everyone else's work, you already know why we hire this way.
What we stand for
We are a small, highly skilled team working on problems where the standard has to be high and the pace has to be real. That combination only works if people trust each other, so we take how we behave as seriously as what we deliver.
We are direct. Candour is part of how we work and it is never an excuse for rudeness. We challenge ideas hard and treat people well.
Seniority carries more obligation, not less. If you have the standing to make someone's day harder, you have the responsibility not to.
We win and keep work on the strength and behaviours of our team.
Current Openings
Gas Turbine Combustion Engineer - Analyst
We are preparing to post more roles shortly.
In the meantime we are actively interested in speculative applications, particularly in these areas:
Business Development. Technical enough to hold a real conversation with a chief engineer, commercial enough to close it. Aerospace, defence, or motorsport background preferred.
Control Electronics. Embedded, instrumentation, test and control systems. Someone who is comfortable between the hardware and the software.
Students. If you are studying and want a serious internship rather than a powerpoint one, get in touch. We are open to structured placements, dissertation collaborations, and summer work.

If you are genuinely excellent at something, tell us.
Even if it is not on the list.
Send us something concrete. What you built, what broke, what you did about it. We read every application and we reply to every one of them, with actual feedback rather than a template.
You will not be ghosted. That is not a nice-to-have, it is a commitment.
