Lorenzo Baietta
Director
Former Rolls-Royce Principal Engineer for Systems and AI and Renault F1 Formula 1 composites designer.

Lorenzo’s key strength is breadth: he has led high-stakes projects across motorsport, aerospace propulsion, defence and Artificial Intelligence.
​
He specialises in complex system integration, Agile engineering, and AI-driven design acceleration.
​
From F1 chassis and high-performance composites to defence propulsion systems and digital AI tools, he brings a mindset built on speed, iteration, technical depth, and whole-system authority.

Jason Madge
Director
Aerospace gearbox pioneer and former Rolls-Royce Defence transmissions specialist.
Jason’s key strength is depth: he has led and solved critical challenges across high-power gear systems, bearings, fretting fatigue, failure investigations and whole-system drivetrain behaviour.
He specialises in rotating machinery, load-bearing systems, root-cause analysis and high-integrity mechanical design.

From aerospace structures and fleet-critical Defence transmissions to welded assemblies, earth-moving machinery repairs and micron-level machine-tool rebuilding, he brings a mindset built on analytical rigour and practical mastery.
